Sales Executive/BDE/ Sr. Sales Executive:
JOB PROFILE
- To develop new clients (Traders/Applicators) to sell waterproofing products and construction chemicals.
- Maintaining relationship with Builders, architect, contractors, consultants, developers, corporate, government department executive/officers.
- Retaining the existing customers and also find the new potential Customers.
- Achieving monthly target in terms of volume and payment collection.
- Finalizing the orders as per company norms and doing all the tasks related to sales process (Quotations, SOC, reports, collection of PO and payments)
- Ensuring customers satisfaction by providing satisfactory services.
- Gather information from clients about upcoming projects.
- Maintain daily, weekly & Monthly sales reports & Submit to Sr. Authority.
- Follow up with commercial officers about the bill and payment status.
- Achieving the monthly & Quarterly sales targets.
- Preparing the Customer Database
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- For Sr. Executive Sales: Graduates, Civil engg. Diploma, MBA with 1-2 year experience.
- Candidates working with construction chemicals and waterproofing chemicals industry or any construction related industry (Cement, Sand, Tiles, Ceramic, sanitary, steel, paints, Construction material, building material) could apply to the same posting.
- Sales Executive: Freshers graduates with good communication skill.
- Own vehicle is must for both the positions.
