OVERVIEW

RANSCRYL-LMW is a one pack roof coating. It provides a highly flexible waterproof coating with excellent weather resistance. RANSCRYL-LMW has long life flexibility and is ideally suitable for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions. It is applied by brush or spray and after drying can be walked upon uncovered in special case.

PROPERTIES

RANSCRYL-LMW is a blend of weather resistant pigments, fillers and acrylic resins with the following properties:

• Waterproof and weatherproof coating.
• Allows surface to breath while remaining strongly anchored to the substrate.
• Provides a seamless coating &excellent crack bridging capacity.
• High flexibility, fast drying, Easy to use, no mixing or heating required.
• Reflects Ultra-Violet (light) rays.
• Life and durability of the structure is increased.
• Very good bonding to damp surfaces
• Lightweight compared to conventional roofing systems, thereby loading on the roofs is reduced.
• Lower Labour cost due to easy, simple and quick application, leading to early completion and time saving.
• Excellent bonding to substrate such as concrete, masonry, wood, metal, plastic, etc.

AREAS OF USE

• RANSCRYL-LMW is designed for application on roofs constructed from a wide variety of materials, i.e. concrete, light weight concrete, roof tiles, wood, galvanized steel, asphalt and asbestos cement. Ensure a slope of 1:75 is maintained to avoid ponding.
• Suitable for horizontal and vertical walls.

PACKGING & STORAGE

RANSCRYL-LMW is supplied in 5kg &20kg plastic pails.

Store containers in a clean dry area protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold. Unopened containers can be stored for 12 months.
