OVERVIEW

RANSPU-SEAL 1K is elastic, single component, and RANSPU-SEAL 2K is elastic, dual component, self-leveling, moisture curing polyurethane sealant specifically developed to be used as a multi-purpose floor joint sealant in applications where high chemical resistance to fuels, oils and hydrocarbons is required. The product is suitable for sealing expansion, construction and dummy joints in rigid pavements, apron areas, runways, taxi tracks, parking bays,hangars and internal and external pedestrian and trafficked joints. Concrete roads, petrol stations, warehouses, showrooms etc. are other application areas.

• Movement capability +/- 25%.
• Very fast tack-free time.
• Self-leveling – good contact ensured to joint surface – easy to apply.
• Pitch-free.
• Bubble-free curing, no weak areas for air bubbles to develop.
• Good mechanical and chemical resistance.
• Very good adhesion to most construction materials. Especially concrete without the need of primer.
• Permanently elastic over a wide range of temperatures.
• Conforms to ISO 11600 F 25 HM, BS 5212:1990 Type FB, and EN 14187-5.

AREAS OF USE

It is high performance single and dual component moisture curing sealant suitable for a number of applications viz:-

• Vertical and Horizontal expansion joints.
• Concrete Control Joints.
• Precast and tilt-up construction.
• Masonry expansion joints.nozzle in the sealant, continue on with a steadyflow of sealant preceding the nozzle to avoid air entrapment. Avoid overlapping of sealant to eliminate entrapment of air.Masking tape should be used where sharp exact joint lines or exceptionally neat lines are required. Remove the tape while the sealant is still soft.

PACKGING & STORAGE

RANSPU-SEAL is packaged in 1 Kg & 4 Kg Pack.

COLOUR: – Pack A is white and Pack B is Black to dark brown in Colour.

For RANSPU-SEAL 1K – Minimum 6 months.

For RANSPU-SEAL 2K – Minimum 30 months.

(In unopened conditions. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 25º C-30º C.)
